Raspberry and Acai Smoothie

I created this recipe one hot afternoon when I really felt like a refreshing drink, but didn't want to calories of a milkshake. It's quick, simple, healthy and delicious, and is of course vegan, dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 sachet frozen acai
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of mint, to taste

Instructions

  • Blitz all ingredients in a blender with ice (if desired) until smooth
  • Serve with extra mint and enjoy!
